BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR

Alcohol : 12.5% .
Winemaking : The grapes are hand-picked, 100% de-stemmed
in vats. After a prefermentary cold maceration, the
begins. Punching of the cap is carried out during this
fermentation twice a day. The wine is then raised in oak
barrels for 18
months (with 20 to 30% new oak). It is racked up to
three times during
period. The wine is bottled after fining and without
being filtered to
all the aromas express themselves fully.
Tasting Notes: A beautiful red garnet colour. The nose
is very pleasant
aromas of blackberries and redcurrants. The attack is
appreciate the volume on the palate.
